The new multi-sport complex development for the City of Millbrook includes three phases: The Fields at 17 Springs, The Fieldhouse at 17 Springs, and The Marketplace at 17 Springs. The City of Millbrook, Grandview Family YMCA, Elmore County Board of Education, Elmore County Economic Development Authority, Elmore County Commission, and private sector partners made this complex possible.
This new multi-sport complex includes baseball, football, and tennis fields, ticket booth, concession spaces, locker rooms, basketball courts, an indoor track, and a football stadium. Along with additional parking and tailgating areas with food truck spaces.
The final phase, The Marketplace at 17 Springs, consists of mixed-use retail/residential lofts, retail/office stores, convenience stores, restaurants, hotels, conference centers, and a pedestrian plaza.
This development will be a sports complex pinnacle for Elmore County and a premier attraction once the three phases are complete.
